Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReelRocket's services, including our video creation platform and social media management tools that integrate with TikTok and Instagram. By accessing or using ReelRocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To use ReelRocket, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information as necessary

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ReelRocket provides a platform for creating, editing, and managing video content, as well as tools for publishing and scheduling content to TikTok and Instagram. Our services include:

  • Video creation and editing tools
  • AI-powered content generation
  • Social media account management and integration
  • Content scheduling and publishing to TikTok and Instagram
  • Analytics and performance tracking

By connecting your TikTok or Instagram accounts to ReelRocket, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are the authorized owner or have permission to manage the connected accounts
  • You grant ReelRocket permission to access and use your account data as necessary to provide our services
  • You will comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Instagram's Terms of Use
  • You are responsible for all content published through our platform to your social media accounts
  • ReelRocket is not responsible for actions taken by TikTok or Instagram regarding your account or content

You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through your account settings. Disconnecting an account will stop our access to that account but will not affect content already published.

User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to content you create, upload, or generate using ReelRocket. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services
  • Use your content to operate, maintain, and improve our services
  • Publish your content to TikTok and Instagram as you direct through our platform

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to all content you provide to ReelRocket, and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

You agree not to use ReelRocket to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Create, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates TikTok or Instagram's community guidelines
  • Impersonate any person or entity or provide false information
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the service without authorization

ReelRocket offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • Price changes with reasonable notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily limit service availability
  • Update features, functionality, or user interfaces

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

ReelRocket integrates with third-party services, including TikTok and Instagram. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
  • Content, products, or services provided by third parties
  • Changes to third-party APIs or services that may affect our platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelRocket and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReelRocket and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including TikTok or Instagram's terms
  • Content you create, upload, or publish through our platform

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended periods of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReelRocket operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReelRocket regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
